To process your data deletion request, please include the following information:
- Full Name: The name associated with your BYB Delivery account
- Email Address: The email address used for your account
- Phone Number: The phone number associated with your account
- Account Details: Any additional account identifiers you may have
- Verification: A copy of a government-issued ID to verify your identity
- Reason (Optional): You may include a reason for your request, though this is not required

Upon verification of your request, we will delete the following data:

Important Notes
Data Retention for Legal Purposes
Some data may be retained for legal, regulatory, or legitimate business purposes (such as financial records for tax purposes) as required by law. We will inform you if any data cannot be deleted for these reasons.
Account Deactivation
Deleting your data will permanently deactivate your BYB Delivery account. You will no longer be able to access any services associated with this account.
Anonymized Data
Some aggregated, anonymized data that cannot be linked back to you may be retained for business analytics and service improvement purposes.
