Book BYB from ChatGPT or Claude

Tell your assistant where a parcel is going. It finds the addresses, shows you the price, books the rider when you say yes, and tracks it to the door. Same BYB, same prices, no forms.

What your assistant can do

  • Find pickup and drop-off addresses, including places you have sent from before.
  • Give you the exact price before anything is booked.
  • Book the delivery once you say yes, and text you the tracking link.
  • Show where a delivery is, with the rider on the map once they are heading to the recipient.
  • Cancel a delivery no rider has started, or fix the recipient's phone number.
  • Send you a link to pay by mobile money or card on BYB's own payment page.

It always shows you the price, both addresses, the date and the payment option, and waits for your yes, before it books anything.

Connect BYB

You do this once. You will need the phone number you use with BYB, or any Ghana mobile number if you are new.

The BYB address to add is:

In Claude

  1. Open Settings, then Connectors, and choose Add custom connector.
  2. Name it BYB Delivery and paste the address above.
  3. Click Connect. A BYB page opens: enter your phone number and the code we text you, then tap Allow.

In ChatGPT

  1. Open Settings, then Apps and Connectors. If you don't see an option to add your own, turn on developer mode under Advanced settings.
  2. Create a new app, name it BYB Delivery and paste the address above.
  3. Sign in with your phone number and the code we text you, then tap Allow.

We are applying to the ChatGPT and Claude app directories. Once BYB is listed there, you will be able to find it by name instead.

Paying

Your assistant offers the payment options your account can use: pay now by mobile money or card on BYB's own payment page, pay after delivery if you send with us regularly, or let the recipient pay on delivery. Your assistant never sees your mobile money PIN or card details.

Your privacy

Your assistant only sees your BYB account: your name, your deliveries and the addresses on them. It cannot see anyone else's. You can disconnect it at any time from the customer portal, under Settings, then Apps. Signing out of BYB everywhere, or changing your password, disconnects it too. Read the privacy policy and terms for more.
